User Agreement

1. About Act2Act

Act2Act is a platform designed to gain and share knowledge, empowering people to learn from others and better understand the world. Users can create, contribute, and access content through our applications, fostering a community of learning and understanding.

2. Eligibility

To use Act2Act, you must:

• Be at least 14 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have the authority to agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
• Use Act2Act in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Act2Act, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the platform responsibly and respectfully.
• Not post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
• Protect the security of your account by keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Report any unauthorized use or suspicious activity involving your account.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

4.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Act2Act. However, by posting content, you grant Act2Act a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

4.2 Platform Content

All content provided by Act2Act, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Act2Act or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Earning Acts

• You earn 1 Act for every correct answer you provide.
• Every 100 likes on a shared Act2Act will earn you 1 Act.
• Accumulated Acts can be redeemed for gifts in the future.

Please note: These rates are subject to change, but any modifications will be communicated in advance.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use Act2Act to engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Post content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or manipulate the platform.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us. By using Act2Act, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may use your information to provide, improve, and personalize our services.

8. Termination

Act2Act reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in activities that harm the platform or its community. You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Act2Act provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

Act2Act is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Act2Act is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Agreement on our platform or through other communication methods. Your continued use of Act2Act constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
