Act2act strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity involving child sexual abuse material or any form of child exploitation. This includes creation, upload, distribution, solicitation, discussion, or promotion of such content. Any violation leads to immediate removal and account action, including permanent suspension.
Act2act provides an in-app reporting tool allowing users to submit concerns, feedback, or reports related to safety, abuse, or policy violations. Reports receive review by our moderation team without delay.
Upon gaining actual knowledge of CSAM, Act2act takes prompt action. This includes content removal, account restriction or termination, evidence preservation, and cooperation with relevant authorities, consistent with applicable laws.
Act2act complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM cases are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority, as required by law.
Act2act maintains a designated Child Safety Contact responsible for receiving notifications related to child safety and CSAE content. This contact oversees enforcement, review procedures, and regulatory cooperation.
Act2act regularly reviews moderation processes, reporting tools, and safety practices to protect minors and ensure a secure digital environment for all users.
